Plain EVA sheet is USD 1.35–2.90/kg FOB depending on density (60–120 kg/m³) and thickness; die-cut inserts land at USD 0.18–1.60 per piece. Prices track the EVA resin index and are fixed for the quarter once quoted.

Q: How long is production and shipping to Europe or the US?

Mass production runs 7–25 days after sample approval. Sea freight to Rotterdam or Los Angeles is 22–35 days; air freight 5–8 days. We ship FOB, CIF or DDP with HS codes and REACH/RoHS documents attached.

Q: Can you match the density and colour of my current foam supplier?

Yes. Send a 100×100 mm sample and we measure density, hardness (Shore A/C) and colour against our library, then produce a matched swatch for your approval before tooling.

Q: Do you provide ESD-safe and toy-safe certified foam?

Yes — surface resistivity 10³–10⁶ Ω/sq for electronics, plus EN71-3, ASTM F963, CPSIA and CA Prop 65 test reports for toy and play-mat foam. Certificates are downloadable from the Downloads page.

Q: What are your payment terms for a first order?

30% deposit with the balance against the bill of lading for new buyers; 30–60 days open account after three settled shipments or with a trade-assurance order.
